CASH CONTRIBUTIONS & SPONSORSHIPS

The Miss Black USA Scholarship Foundation is a national non-profit corporation whose mission is to maintain a tradition of recognizing the achievements of outstanding young women of color through the award of educational scholarships and to celebrate the "whole women - mind, body, and soul." The Scholarship funds are contributed by our local and national sponsors and individuals who commit their support to the professional advancement of young black women. There are many levels of participation available to anyone who wishes to support. If you would like more information, please contact us with any questions you may have by completing our Information Request Form. The donations are 100% tax deductible.

Arnecia Bradley, Miss Black Alabama USA, greatly appreciates any monetary donations given. These donations will help defray the cost of travel and lodging to the national competition, and assist her in implementing her platform in the community. Please send by May 30, 2007.

In addition, you may include an advertisement in the official Miss Black USA program booklet. Sponsors' names will appear in the Official Pageant Program Book, giving them international advertising exposure. Emerald and Platinum donations will receive a complimentary Half Page advertisement, when received before the ad deadline.  Advertisement information listed below:

Please note that the Souvenir Program Book size is 8 1/2" by 11".  All black and white ads must be camera ready and received by January 30, 2007 to guarantee space in the Souvenir Program Book. IN-KIND GOODS & SERVICES

Donations of products, services, and time are equally valuable to us. In-kind gifts are none monetary contributions such as goods and services you can provide. Examples of these goods and services include:

• A print shop that provides free printing
• A Boutique or designer that provides an evening gown for the national pageant or community appearances
• A photographer providing professional photography during events
• A business or individual assisting with makeup and hair styling.
• A local theatre, high school, or performing arts studio that donates its facility for events.

These goods and services are immensely important and appreciated.
